Group jobs have non-identificative names

Recent runs on the cluster on cluster mode show these type of names for cluster jobs related to grouped rules:
16768290 core GROUP_beea1e78-b2b8-53d0-
16768295 core GROUP_2bfa103c-b2b5-53c1-
This can probably be fixed on the cluster.yaml file using group value instead of rule, but I am not sure how to default to that only for the group rules.
