You need to start both client and server:
cd client
yarn && yarn start
cd server
yarn && yarn start
- All mock contacts are listed on the left-hand side and searchable by either first name, last name, phone, email, or address. It will show all matching contacts as you type. No need to press enter
- Contacts can be selected and toggled to view their full details in the main view.
- Contacts should be editable in the main view.
- Contacts can be navigated directly to a contact based on Contact ID. For example,
localhost:3000/contact/2
will show the contact details of the second contact localhost:3000
is your home page. You need to select a contact to begin using
- I used Jest and Enzyme for React rendering tests; and mocha for server testing
- You will see id's are added to the DOM element for testing
- Don't expect the tests to be a comprehensive coverage. This is meant to be a demonstration of how some of the tests can be written.
- Don't forget to run
yarn
at the root directory. You'll need some of the packages for testing. - You can run tests on
/client
andserver
directory by running
yarn test
