纯粹只是为了了解 SS5 协议。之前看了网友好几篇博文， 但好像自己都不太了解。对于一个练手项目，真正去写的时候，发现还是要很多要理解。
ss-server: 放在墙外的服务器程序。它可以与墙外的网络连通。ss-local: 放在本地，纯粹只是用来与 server 进行加密传输。client: 表示要被代理的客户端。如浏览器，终端等。它与ss-local连接，数据被加密后，再转发给ss-server。dst.addr： 即最终要访问的地址。如Google
启动 server
cargo run --bin server启动 client
cargo run --bin client测试：在终端设置下代理
export ALL_PROXY=socks5://hello:world_passwd@127.0.0.1:8888然后测试
