The present code constitutes a library completely written in ANSI C for working with anagrams. It is an implementation of the SEPA (Simple, Efficient Permutation Algorithm) algorithm developed by Jeffrey A. Johnson that is publicly available at the URL http://www.freewebs.com/permute/soda_submit.html.
