The main file is Assignment2.py. Assignment2.py contains both the code for running a large chunk of code and the code for training part-by-part. MLP.py contains the network structure, parameters and learning process. assignment2_utils.py contains functions used by Assignment2.py to tokenize data and find unique words and labels.
