Many eMule mods such as MorphXT, Xtreme, etc. that support the IP location (ip2c, ip-to-country.csv) feature can display the country (region) flag of the client you are connected to, and optionally display the country name. The country flag library file is usually named countryflag32.dll and stored in the "config" folder of your eMule mod.
Binary files of countryflag32.dll are in releases, source files are in the ./countryflag folder of the repo.
