Counter Kata

Write a class that counts how many times a number was counted.

Examples

$ Counter = new Counter ();
$ Counter-> count (1);
$ Counter-> count (1);
$ Counter-> count (3);

$ Counter-> getCounts (); //output: 1: 2, 3: 1
