Kitchen Helper is a project developed as part of the SoftUni Intern and Team Lead Academy initiative, led by Svetlin Nakov. The primary goal of this initiative is to provide freshly graduated SoftUni students with real-world development experience by pairing them with an experienced developer acting as a team leader.

Getting Started

To get started with Kitchen Helper, follow these steps:

  • Clone the repository to your local machine.

  • Have up and running backend Backend repo

  • Set up the required dependencies

  • Install npm packages using npm i

    • create .env file with following structure
    VITE_BASE_URL = 'http://localhost:8000/api'
    VITE_BASE_WEBSOCKET_URL = 'ws://localhost:8000/api'
    
  • Run the application locally using npm run dev.
