This application is a vlc plugin, where on starting this plugin the audio from the video is extracted and is stored at particular location This application use python,lua and bat file.
To run this application, change the location or address of the directory where audio must be stored,by default it is in audio folder, audio are sliced into 20 sec clips for any further processing.
copy the smarttitle.lua to videolan>vlc>lua>extentions, if extention folder is not available then create one.
