智能制造是《**制造》规划中很重要的一个环节,是国家重点支持的科技领域之一。课程定位为通识课程,文科、理科、工科等多学科背景学生交叉组队。以智能制造领域的自动导航小车 (AGV) 为载体,深入体验产品制造的整个过程:机械设计(小车底盘,机械臂)、制造加工(激光切割,3D 打印)、电子硬件设计(Arduino、树莓派、电机、舵机,传感器)、编程控制等模块。通过学习工程相关理论、从掌握基本制造方法直到综合运用相关理论知识和实践技能开发综合项目。课程还会联系当前产业背景和社会热点(人工智能、机器人、自动驾驶等),让学生思考先进技术对人类社会和生活的影响。
Smart Manufacturing plays a very important role in the "Made in China" planning, and it is one of the key science and technology fields supported by the country. The overall framework of the course is"experience smart manufacturing and refine engineering culture". The course is for students from multi-disciplinary backgrounds, such as science, engineering, arts, human science etc. The course utilizes theory + basic practice + comprehensive practice, and adopts the teaching organization mode of large class + small class discussion. This course takes the auto guide vehicle (AGV) as the carrier to deeply experience the whole process of smart manufacturing: Mechanical Design (car chassis , robotic arm), manufacturing and processing (laser cutting , 3D printing), electronic hardware design (Arduino, Raspberry Pi , motor, sensor), program control and other modules . Through learning engineering related theories, students will master basic manufacturing methods, use relevant theoretical knowledge and practical skills to develop comprehensive projects. The course will also link the current industrial background and social news, and let students think about the impact of advanced technology on human society and life.
