The authors and creators of the Flow Regime Algorithm V1 are Water Quality Division staff at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality in Phoenix, AZ. The Flow Regime Algorithm V1 was used from 2020 to 2023 to assign flow regimes to surface waters in Arizona, and is currently under revision. For more information, email WOTUS@azdeq.gov.
