Delete All Tags Script for Zendesk

Small Zendesk app to display deleting tags from a single user AND deleting tags from all users with a bulk update

Prerequisite

Must have ZAT installed locally before attempting to work with this repo.

Get Started:

  • zat server to run Zendesk App Framework locally
  • to test in Zendesk instance:
    1. open any ticket and in the url add ?zat=true
    2. reload ticket sidebar app
    3. view changes in browser console
