This repository contains the code and data to participate in the workshop: "Bringing data science and AI/ML tools to infectious disease research"
The workshop is a 4-day hands on training. Each day is a session on the following topics:
- Session 1: Introduction to Drug Discovery
- Session 2: AI/ML for drug discovery
- Session 3: ADMET and Pharmacokinetics
- Session 4: Open Source and Open Science and is comprised of 4 activities: Keynote session, Skills development, Breakout activity and group discussion.

- notebooks: Jupyter notebooks to follow the Skills Development and Breakout sessions. They are prepared for running on Google Colab.
- presentations: slides corresponding to the different sessions.
