Corporation images missing from image server

Some corporations have their logos missing in the image server (while they're available in-game).

For example, corporation 1000413 (AIR Laboratories):
https://images.evetech.net/corporations/1000413 returns ["logo"].
https://images.evetech.net/corporations/1000413/logo returns a 404
https://images.evetech.net/Corporation/1000413_128.png also returns a 404 (this is the URL returned by the /corporations/{corporation_id}/icons/ ESI endpoint)

Affected NPC Corporation IDs:

  • 1000176 (Pann's Peeps — probably testing and expected, but should maybe be removed as an NPC corp?)
  • 1000001 (Doomheim, probably expected)
  • 1000274
  • 1000413
  • 1000287
  • 1000288
  • 1000289
  • 1000290
  • 1000291
  • 1000298
  • 1000174
  • 1000175

Description
The two following NPC corps exist in game, however, they do not have corporation logos on the image server:

Corporation: Vigilant Tyrannos
https://images.evetech.net/corporations/1000274
https://images.evetech.net/corporations/1000274/logo

Corporation: Navka Overminds
https://images.evetech.net/corporations/1000288
https://images.evetech.net/corporations/1000288/logo

Expectation:

The links provide logos for the corporations like other NPC or player owned corporations.

Corporation: Zainou

https://images.evetech.net/corporations/1000016/logo

Reproduction Steps
Use the links provided in the description and see that the expected corporation images are providing an error instead of the image.
