- Just spelling corrections, @SamWilsn found this good to be merged. No one opposed it.
- Will be merged.
- @SamWilsn is okay with this as well. No one in the meeting opposed it.
- @SamWilsn will create a Call For Input for this Pull Request.
Generally speaking editors are willing to consider case by case Call for Input for Pull Requests to update Final EIPs.
- Editors will wait for Richard Moore to comment on this.

- @xinbenlv recommended prioritizing pull requests and reaching out to the community to understand the interests and priorities.

- after discussing, the decision is that Links to CAIP proposals are allowed.
