[deeplab_ros_node-2] process has died [pid 23365, exit code -4

Ubuntu 16.04, ROS kinetic, tensorflow 1.14, python 3.6
After catkin build roslaunch, I was able to see /camera/rgb/image which is bag file running in the rviz, but I am not able to see the deeplab_ros_node/segmentation_viz and deeplab_ros_node/segmentation. Which make sense due the error in the terminal, so anyone could help with it? Also I check the log file, which not really helpful.
