ARF Chapter: 2.5.2 Educational credentials and professional qualifications
“An EUDI Wallet Instance may be a repository for educational digital credentials as Electronic Attestations of Attributes and a means for exchanging them by a learner to relevant relying parties.”

Recommendation: To ensure interoperability outside of the European Union, educational digital credentials in the EUDI Wallet should be based on the Open Badges 3.0 specification. This specification is increasingly popular and is quickly supplanting previous Open Badge specifications around the world, The Open Badges 3.0 specification will also protect EUDI wallet holders from correlation and tracking by relying parties and issuers of education digital credentials.
