Interactive SIR Model function in R
A simple interactive function to graphically plot a basic infectious disease transmission model.
The compartmental model includes three compartments, Susceptible, Infected and Recovered (SIR Model)
This function allows the manual assignment of the following: the time period (in days) value of beta (transmission coefficient) value of gamma (recovery rate)
The output utilized the ggplot2 package to produce a plot, with the filename to include the parameters specified.
