As proposed by Lee, Cheng, Chen, and Mudge in their paper "The Bi-Mode Branch Predictor" this implementation simulates the devision of the prediction tables into two halsves and, by dynamically determining the current "mode" of the program selects the appropriate halve of the table for prediction.
