Requires Cloth Config and Mod Menu.
Toggled by 'v' key by default. Effect strength is configurable, set by default to 30% of night vision potion effect.
Disabled in multiplayer unless this mod is also installed on a server.
Compatible with Sodium (probably with OptiFine too).
