/FunTechCortexMX_gcc

It's the fun tech build scripts to get gcc for ARM Cortex based MCU:s to work on Ubuntu

Primary LanguageShell

Note 2016-02-13:
This project is now a legacy project left here for reference only.
Please use linaro gcc for production useage.

------------------------------

This will build gcc for Cortex MX based mcu:s like the stm32 for Ubuntu.
For more info http://fun-tech.se/stm32/

To run the scripts to this:
chmod 755 setup.sh
./setup.sh

Then you just have to wait a moment.

If it did not work you can have a look in the build log
called something like log_stm32_build_2011-04-08_153242.log
to find the problem.

But if it did build in a correct way,
go ahead and build something funny with it.
After all that is why I call it fun tech...

-------------------------

When we update the versions and have a test ok from FunTechCortexMX_test,
then we can add a tag with todays date.
Like this:
git tag -a `date +'ver_%F'` -m 'binutils-2.21 gcc-4.4.5 newlib-1.19.0 gdb-7.2'
git push --tags
