I am trying to get started with the Python track

this is the issue that i'm getting.

PS C:\Users(name)s> exercism submit /Users/(name)/Exercism/python/hello-world/helloworld.py
Error:

The file you are trying to submit cannot be found.

    C:\Users\(name)

can someone explain: exercism submit /path/to/file [/path/to/file2 ...]
