File not found when trying to submit exercism

Hi,

I'm having trouble submitting any of my exercisms on Mac Big Sur. I'm currently on the Rust track, and I get the error that the file cannot be found when I try running the exercism submit command. I've tried every path I can possibly think of, but I'm very new to terminal and there a definite potential that I'm missing something really obvious. Could someone walk me through this?

For more detail, I keep my code in a directory named projects. I can't seem to access where my terminal says my exercism workspace is (Users/myname/Exercism), and that might be the issue?
