[Feature] Check if the file already exists, and do not re-download if it does

Current Situation

I want to be able to periodically download my favorite tracks, without spending hours re-downloading old tracks.

Suggestion / Feature Request

Check if the file already exists and matches the requested format. If it does, remove it from the download queue.
