This is a multi signatury smart contract that require at least two owners of the contract to approve a transaction before it can be completed.
In this case, funds is been deposited to the smart contract and some employee are added to the smart contract and they have access to withdraw ether from the account.
The request for withdrawal, the contract has 3 address that serves as the owners. However, at lease two have to confirm the withdrawal before it can be successful
