Py3Ipopt is a Python3 version of PyIpopt. PyIpopt is developed by Eric Xu at Washington Univerisity and issued under the BSD license. Py3Ipopt aims to port PyIpopt to Python3. Some major contribution is from @drestebon(https://github.com/drestebon). Thanks to Eric and drestebon again.
