React Developer tool miss behave.

When working in Chrome console, React Dev tool keep running debugger. It takes about few seconds to kick in. This behavior preventing me to do anything in the console.
To reproduce: open a fresh blank tab, open the console and run some code.
Affected: User experience.
Chrome version: 74.0.3729.157
React Developer Tools: 3.6.0
