Actually I met some problems installing colmap, I wonder if it will be easy to calculate the poses without colmap. Was the file data/example_sequence/precomputed.json calculated by colmap?

Ah, well, I always used Colmap to get poses, it's the go-to open-source method for that. Maybe there are alternatives that also work, but I stuck with Colmap. The precomputed.json file was calculated with Colmap.
