Extend FAIR Genomes with full ISA-Tab schema for X-omics

Harmonize Study with (semantic) ISA-TAB #70

Then: add 'isa-tab.yml' schema to extend 'fair-genomes.yml', containing all ISA-Tab attributes. Use-case: FDP in X-omics. For this, we need to re-think the architecture of the project. Is this always included in the outputs? or optionally configured? or connected in a separate project?
