Here I will share tools that can be used to break the walls of filtering whichi iranian are suffering from.
Download the UI of v2ray. this is manager for vpns.

All linux, mac and winodws versions are available. Whene you install it a windows like bellow will show up.
click on Preferences tab. Go to kernel Settings tab. the kernel directory is available.
now download the kernel suitable for your Os from the below link.
https://github.com/v2fly/v2ray-core/releases/tag/v4.31.0
And copy the files in to kernel directory and to make sure that U have done it click on "check V2ray Core Setting". May be you should create Vcore directory and then extract the files in to the folder.

#in windows you may have problem openning the 1089 port. got to Prefrences/ Inbound Settings and change the port to a a number bigger than 2000. I used 121222 and it worked for me.
