rs-cap - Common Alerting Protocol for Rust
==========================================

Overview
--------

The Common Alerting Protocol is a lightweight standard to facilitate the distribution of alerting data. rs-cap is an implementation of the CAP document protocol in Rust loosely based on the [Ruby RCAP API](http://github.com/farrel/rcap)

It can currently only parse CAP XML alerts. Generation and validation of alerts is planned.
