processing raw data into json file
including t-SNE dimension reducing
number of time-window: 2018
"vector":[…, …] —>each time-window vector
"graph":{} —> each time window graph
Data_processing.py need 2 .npy file to run(too big to upload， ask if u need)
Vector_data.json includes all result, can be used in front-end directly
