Discovery or management of worker nodes inside the network

As part of distributed fastlane.ci we need to somehow specify/find workers in your network.
As a first step, we can allow the user to enter a list of IP addresses to reach as potential workers.
Long term, @taquitos was talking about using Bonjour or similar to automatically find fastlane.ci workers that are available in the same network.
