There should be an .env.local file that looks like this:
NEXT_PUBLIC_CLERK_PUBLISHABLE_KEY=pk_test_....
CLERK_SECRET_KEY=sk_test_....
OPENAI_API_KEY=sk-....
First, install:
npm install
