simple2links.py

convert the .simple file from JCVI to the input of CIRCOS.

Usage: python3 simple2links.py xxx.yyy.anchors.simple

Required: xxx.bed and yyy.bed(should be in the same directory of xxx.yyy.anchors.simple)

Output: xxx.yyy.anchors.simple_link.txt
