Move the whole sacrifial layer backwards and put Z-zero plate in front

Could avoid the problem of potentially crashing into material when Z-probing, in combination with the new dust skirt as discussed in #12

Potential risk is that it's easier to bump into the aluminium probing plate and therefore accidentally changing the position. The zero plate would need to be fixed properly
