Disable game thumbnails

Is there a way to turn off thumbnails in your game lists? I'm probably not gonna add an image for every game in my library so it's a bit of a waste for the placeholder to take up half the screen.
Sorry if this is obvious or has been asked before but I couldn't find it.

Keep up the good work. You make these devices look far more polished than the creators.

There are themes without thumbnails, so definitely possible. It's a property in the theme file, show_art=0. You can see it here: https://github.com/dkodr/SimUI/blob/main/640x480/SimUI/theme.ini
