This project is hosted on OpenAvenue:
    http://www.openave.com/db.linux/

To build db.linux, you must have the source code tree installed
in a home directory, such as ~username/db.linux. Then issue
the following steps to build:
	cd ~username/db.linux
. ./db.star.sh (or "source ./db.star.csh" for CShell users)
	make

You may test your build by running the tims example:
	cd ~username/db.linux/examples/tims/lnx
	tims

The db.linux utilities will be available in the bin directory:
	console
	dal
	datdump
	dbcheck
	dbclrlb
	dbedit
	dbexp
	dbimp
	dchain
	ddlp
	ida
	initdb
	keybuild
	keydump
	keypack
	lm
	lmclear
	prdbd

The db.linux shared libraries will be in the lib directory:
	libdbstar.so
	libpsp.so

We have included an automatic verification script called filecheck.pl.

Before you build, you may run:
	perl filecheck.pl packinglist.txt
to verify that a complete set of sources exists.

After you build, you may run:
	perl filecheck.pl buildlist.txt
to verify that everything has been correctly built.
