OctoPrint USB Webcam randomly decides not to stream (cura stream no longer visible either) phone app works

so im relatively new to the Octoprint community have been able to troubleshoot most issues on my own, until today randomly for some reason today when i opened up octoprint and cura i was having issues loading the webcam stream. everything else seems to be working fine. no idea how anything would change overnight while the pi and printer were powered off. im unsure of what logs i should post for assistance or how to access them correctly so i would really appreciate some help figuring this one out. let me know if you need more info. im using the Logitech C920x Pro HD USB webcam which was working fine when i went to sleep. was there an update overnight that could be affecting my stream or am i missing something here? id like to install and run both my usb cam and my raspi IR cam but id settle for getting the usb streaming again. i could never get onto the streamer 8080 url page but i had been streaming just fine for the past week. ive tried searching online but havent found any clear info that seems relative to my issue.

If the stream is not working in the browser, I don't see how it would work in Cura.
On a general note, could you please use a capital when starting a new sentence, and insert a line break here and there? You are making it unnecessarily hard to read your issue.
