Tensor class templates with various operations on them defined.
For an overview look into tensor_types.hh and the test files in the utils directory.
Directory structure is adapted to fit as a Cactus Thorn, but source files in src/ are completely independent.
This is a header-only library and the automatic vectorization is based on
