BS_1 and BS_2 have similar signal patterns on the tree. BS_2 was tried because treeSeg doesn't perform well in BS_1 and we would like to see whether this would be improved when putting signals on other different branches.
Hope the work is done correctly. Comments, corrections are welcomed.
