[Feature] Update Zendesk references in README to Zendesk Support

Describe the Feature
In the documentation of this package (and the source package) we reference the "Zendesk" connector. However, there is a legacy "Zendesk Chat" connector. We should update the references in the README to mention "Zendesk Support" so it is clear which Fivetran connector this is designed around.

This has issue should now be addressed in the latest v0.14.0 release of the dbt_zendesk package. As such, closing this out.
