Describe the Feature

Unsure exactly how this would be surfaced in downstream models, but we may want to make use of fivetran/dbt_zendesk_source#49 here in the transform package

I encourage others to chime in if this would be helpful to add, and specifically which end models would be most impactful to include these fields in.
