This project revolves around an Escape Room experience made with Unity, Blender and Visual Studio, experienced through the Virtual Reality goggles and controllers from HTC Vive. The paper implements theory regarding adaptation and video game narrative structure to immerse the user in the Virtual Reality experience. Furthermore the paper contains a test of the experience using 8 test persons to gather feedback through questionnaires, thinking aloud methods and by timing the test persons experience. The paper concludes that through the testing, that there are multiple points where the experience could be made more like a real Escape Room. Moreover the paper concludes that such points could be relating to higher framerates, more puzzles and multiple players.
