Missing Purpose String in Info.plist

Hello there,
all the following questions only appeared after the initialization and commitment to Apples App Store Review team.
I am just wondering, because as I understand that Companies like Snapchat also do not need permission to Track screenshots, or ask for any.
We are planning on using this system for our analytics, so if anybody got an idea of what to do, that would be super great.
