A plugin for Cordova 3.x that implements RTL-SDR functionality.
You may use cordova CLI as follows:
cordova plugin add https://github.com/flyandi/com.lusumdy.cordova.rtlsdr.git
This version doesn't come with the RTL driver and needs to be downloaded separatly.
