Digital Humanities Projects

  • 2023– Islam West Africa Collection is a collaborative, open-access digital database that currently contains over 5,000 documents of various types relating to Islam and Muslims in Burkina Faso, Benin, Niger, Nigeria, Togo, and Côte d’Ivoire.
  • 2018–23 Islam Burkina Faso Collection is an open-access database hosted by the University of Florida libraries containing over 2,900 archival documents, newspaper articles, Islamic publications, photographs, and 270 bibliographical references related to Islam in Burkina Faso.
