WallixRestClient
This gem provides a wrapper for the Wallix Admin Bastion REST API.
Installation
Add this line to your application's Gemfile:
gem 'wallix_rest_client'
And then execute:
$ bundle
Or install it yourself as:
$ gem install wallix_rest_client
Usage
Prerequisites
- A user account to access the API + a password or key
- A group in which the user is
- A group in which every resources you need to access are located
- A password checkout authorization between the user group and the resources group
Configuration
The library needs to be configured using your account's password or API key, depending on which authentication mode you choose.
Basic mode

Development
After checking out the repo, run bin/setup
to install dependencies. Then, run rake spec
to run the tests. You can also run bin/console
for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.
To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install
. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb
, and then run bundle exec rake release
, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the .gem
file to rubygems.org.
