\margintoc not using the short version of a section anymore?

Upgraded from a beta version to v0.9.7, and if I use

\setchapterpreamble[u]{\margintoc}
\section[Short section name]{A very long section name and bla blabla}

then the short section name is not used anymore? Or do I have to use another command?

In the current version here in git, the section command works with the short section name. I do not know what is happening with version v0.9.7.
