Bookmark hierarchy error

Hi, I am using the last version 0.9.7. After compiling the PDF bookmarks, the bookmark hierarchy looks messy. Compare the example_and_documentation.pdf file. The level of the bookmark is correct.

I packaged the project file as zip and uploaded it to OneDrive. Please have a look at it when you are free. Thank you very much!
